Girouard left USL in 2001 to take the reins of the LSU program. Her record at LSU is 407-119, including a 166-66 record in the Southeastern Conference (SEC). She has led LSU to two Women's College World Series (third-place finishes in 2001 and 2004), three SEC championships (2001, 2002, and 2004), four SEC tournament championships (2001, 2002, 2004, and 2007), and two SEC tournament runner-up finishes (2003 and 2006). Her Lady Tiger teams have also played in seven NCAA tournaments.

Yet, we're able to take ULL's coach?

Most coaches would leave for probably twice the salary. What does that say about the LSU program that ULL can go out and sign another coach for way less money and still beat and out recruit LSU at a schoold with a small budget and sub par facilities?
