as much as I would love to see Les Miles depart Baton Rouge that requirement alone prohibits me from wishing it had occurred in 2007. National championships are hard to come by and any plague is worth winning one.

I second this. My only wish is that Skip and the Astronaut didn't force his hand before the SEC Championship. Mich didn't hire RR til after the MNC. So Les could have still walked then.
I just wish Skip had never panicked and settled for Miles the first time.
