Richard Dixon would have got drafted if he had a quarterback to get the ball to him the last two years. He was awesome the first two years catching everything in sight.

Not necessarily. For most teams, the TE is the primary target for a young, inexperienced QB. This was my main problem with the offense last year.

Jimmy Graham had 17 catches he got drafted in he 3rd round. Rob Gronkowski didn't even play last year he got drafted in the 2nd.

might wanna check the stats again. he had a good 08, even with the musical QBs.

I think it was Dickson's measurables that kept him from being drafted. His speed would be OK ... if he were bigger, and his size would be fine ... if he were faster. Still, the guy appears to play hard, can block some, and he can catch it. Needs to show himself as a special teams contributor, I would think, to make a roster. I wish him well!
