It's overpriced mediocre food. It's not going to floor you.
It's a chain that's trying to take advantage of the location it's in. But just go in with low expectations and you'll be ok.
ETA: I'm actually not sure if it is a chain...but it certainly has that feel to it.

they used to have a hot bartender that was a former UCLA cheerleader going to grad school here ..
