Where does the saying "Top ____ in the country" really stop? I mean, do you stretch it out from Top 5 to Top 10? Top 20? Top 50?

yea buddy...as a student for Catholic High, I have seen Oliver's games in his sophomore year and junior last fall. The guy has progressed tremendously from that 2008 4-5 season the Bears had. Interceptions went way down, sacks went down too. Plus people got to see him run the ball more and with more effectiveness. He can improve more and the sky's the limit when u see his dedication. He is a good player and will break CHS' passing record held by Ryan Lewis-i think.
For all those saying he's overrated, see the stats of the soph and jr year for Oliver. The difference is huge. The guy gets better as he progresses. Am I saying he's like Tim Tebow or Brock Berlin or Colt McCoy? No but I am saying he's really good and very very dedicated. He can go to wherever he can, NO DOUBT
