Time for her to go! She clearly cannot get it done. There are about 12 teams in the nation she can't beat....

If you're going to start getting rid of minor sports coaches....why not start with DD Breaux in gymastics. She's been here 30 years and has one 1 SEC Championship which was in about 1980. I wish we would expect excellence in all aports. You look at a school like Florida...they are competitive in every single sport and their AD is not afraid to get rid of coaches who are not producing (i.e. Carolyn Peck). They had a down year in women's basketball, but their tennis team, softball, track and field, swimming and diving, golf both men and women always compete for NCs.

Yvette reminds me a bit of Gunter. A coach who was among the best in a different era of their sport before expansion and extra emphasis of schools became prevalent for each sport.

I think they were/are both still good coaches, just not among the best as they were in the formative stages of their respective sports.

When Yvette took over you could've made a pretty good argument that LSU was the best softball program in the SEC. They had come off back to back overall SEC titles and routinely won the west when softball was revived in the SEC.

Now our gals are the 3rd or 4th best program in the conference. Not bad certainly, but that just says two or three schools have passed us since she's been here.
