publicize

the story and color pics should be in all the bars during the next 10 spring breaks.

this is tied for last place with the frat stories of guys drinking a bottle of hard liquor to try to get into a frat, and they die of alcohol poisioning.

I had an acquaintaince do the same from the balcony.
He had serious head injuries and was not normal afterward.
A terrible tragedy.

What a horrible way to go out. I hate to hear that no matter what school he goes to. Prayers go out to his family.

When I was a junior in high school, we had a senior that had a football scholarship to U. of Tennessee. He drowned on spring break his senior year. Tennessee coaching staff came to the funeral, very sad and tragic.

Yep if he would have been 21 or 22 he would never have made that decision and if he did he probably would still be with us---RIP matt and prayers to his family and friends

Really no need in cursing the kid he made a fatal mistake I'm sure I've done worse and will probably do so again. Life is full of decisions and everyday we wake up its a gamble whether we make it thru or not

my good friends brother was on the balcony with him, saw it happen. Apparently he had been doing it earlier in the night as a joke and my friend's brother made him stop. Really feel bad the everyone involved, and seeing a friend like that go is hard. One of my friends was killed on a fan boat from a branch.

I read that he was leaning foward over the balcony trying to talk to the people below and fell.

Not meant quite like it sounded. I feel for his family but I get pissed when kids do deadly and retarded acts while others watch and laugh.

It is a tragedy that never ever needed to happen, period

I heard on ESPN that there were forty students from his school with SIX parents.

My mother knew that I drank, but was never one of those "I want to be be kid's best friend" kind of parents.

If I had heard that my friends' parents were going to Myrtle Beach for Spring Break, I wouldn't have gone.

It's a wierd thing, parents shouldn't go. The six that were there can't stop bad things from happenning.

God bless him and I hope his soul is where I would want mine to be.
