Voice your opinions after reviewing the spring game.
Things I noticed (outside of just qb play):
Chris Tolliver has got all the moves, but needs to work on his knowledge of the playbook a bit more.
Michael Ford is the truth, but not the back for short field situations near the goal line.
Barkevious Mingo must see the field. The guy is incredible amongst a d-line that got dominated largely because of their small size.
I trusted Jarrett Lee with the ball more than Jefferson during the game. I'm fully aware it was one scrimmage, but still the guy looked good aside from the pick (which was arguably the reciever's fault).
Chavis is as good as advertised with LB'ers. They played great in the scrimmage.
Our DB's may well be the best in the country.

kind of jumping to conclusions there with mike ford b/c he was stopped at the goal line. it could've been a multitude of reasons.
crappy blocking
being tired(i believe he had nine carries that series)
sample size

Typical spring game. Mingo, Minter , Ford and others showed talent. Ford was hit in the backfield near goal line. Three players were in the backfield as he got the handoff and I don't think any back could have done better on the plays. I think when they put all the pieces together in the fall, LSU will have a great football team.

We have two running backs that understand hitting the hole. Had KW been able to do what both SR and MF do, he would have started. I will feel good about or running game no matter which guy is in.
JJ is not improving. If he does not improve in Fall camp, he should not play.
Defensive backfield could be really special.

JL looked good after the pick six. But a pick six per game is 12. It scares me, but JJ's play scares me too.

Lee always looks good during practices....i'm worried what he's going to look like on Saturdays.
