so its becoming more and more clear that they are gonna leave the island. Locke is gonna make em a deal so they can be back on the plane and forget anything that happened as long as they help him get off

I seriously doubt he can bribe Hurley successfully. Even if he does do a good job, Jacob can be right beside him giving him a better counterpoint. And even though he has great luck in the alternate timeline, I seriously doubt he can bribe him with that. He's got a great relationship with his family in the original, is rich, and I don't see what you can bribe him with. The only thing I can think of is maybe he is dating Libby in the alternate timeline (very possible since they were both in the mental institution in the original)?
