Too lazy to read through all of this and I know this isn't exactly what this thread was for but Rob McElhenney who plays Mac on Always Sunny in Philadelphia was briefly in the movie Wonder Boys. He is sitting right next to Katie Holmes in the audience near the end.
I was so shocked when I saw it a couple years ago I looked into it and apparently he had full part as Holmes boyfriend but he got cut out of the movie aside from that one brief scene.

Got to page 30 and haven't seen it yet. But Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad) was Jerry's dentist, Tim Whatley, in Seinfeld.
Also made a few appearances on King of Queen's as Doug's annoying neighbor. Can't remember his name.

Sort of opposite of the intention of this thread I think but...
I was watching Dexter the week before last and the lady who played the sister of Hannah's other husband looked really familiar. Took me a while to find but she is Julie Warner who played the female leads in Doc HollyWood and Tommy Boy. The past few years have not been kind.
