I know scout have him listed, but you said LSU listed him as a LSU commitment. Where did you see that LSU listed him as a LSU commitment, which by the way is the only thing that matters.

On Sept. 8, 2009 Tigerports Digest was in Covington to film LSU commitment Houston Bates.

He was like a ghost. I tried my best, but I just couldn't seem to wrap him up. I have never seen a guy that elusive in my life, St. Paul defensive end Houston Bates, an LSU commitment told the St. Tammany News following a 2009 playoff game.
