You have to be good football player, but an under the radar type recruit IMO has a much better chance of being noticed at a multiply day camp like LSU than the 1/2 day or 1 day camp that many schools offer.

All these camps are for is money making for coaches, loving up on the schools top prospects, and also a under the radar guy making a name for himself. At an LSU camp last year the kid from ST. Aug, Mathieu, I think that is how you spell it got noticed and got a schollie. They already knew about him, but in the camp he stood out and got an offer. So unless your son is that type of kid it really is not worth it.
