It's not about changing the offense. You don't have to change the offense to "fix" it, you just have to execute it. It does not matter what kind of scheme you run or play you call... if everyone does not execute their assignment, it's not going to work. Sometimes if you have an outstanding QB, they can overcome some other players not executing their assignment but when you have a young QB that is more worried about making a mistake than making a play, everyone better execute their assignment.
