I know. I, always being a Halo and Halo 2 fan, grew weary of Halo with 3 and ODST, but this one looks pretty insane. Finally making some real changes. If you download the hi-res version from Bungie, it looks even more amazing.

If you have ODST, the Beta is available May 3rd with the game probably releasing around September or so. This is about the same as Halo 3's production time.

It doesn't to me, but some people hate Halo for that. I've always really enjoy Halo considering I was the kid who got picked on for my massive Xbox controller in '01. Halo was there for me when I needed a training in masculinity.
ETA: Really? It looks better than Halo 3 by a long shot. Resolutions were boosted by millions.

it looks like there will be better gaming types also. might get this.

Halo 3 reminded me of Halo: CE. You could see the potential, it just wasn't recognized. They added things but it wasn't utilized well enough and the maps seemed so dead.
