I ordered the Saints superbowl package and I got a letter in the mail today that said thanks for your order your alabama championship package will be mailed soon. I called them up right quick like and got that fixed. If they send alabama crap to my house it will be burned LOL. The guy when I ordered had entered the wrong promo code. I'm sure glad they sent out that letter.

Did you speak to an American by chance because I haven't gotten one to answer their customer service. I think the moron that I talked to on Saturday jacked my order up because no money has been taken out of my account. Who knows? I couldn't understand a word she was saying and vice versa I'm sure.

Actually the guy that I placed the order with was not American, The first person I spoke to today was not American either. I then demanded that he get me an American and I got a girl from Fla. She was funny she told me she would have been pissed to cause she hates Bama as well LOL, but that is the first American I have gotten there customer service is all foreign.
