Whomever you buy the equipment from, be SURE to check their service plan and what their rate is just to come on site plus the hourly rate past that, if that time is needed. Check to see if their service department is in-house or if they out-source (in-house is what you'd want). Also check to see if service is 24 hours or set hours. Service is HUGE for after the sale.
