Banks got some early love and attention from Saban and bama. A lot of early buzz is not sustainable.

And yes, Turner is lights out better than Banks.

Great job on the list, Lynx. I know what you mean, that it is very difficult to rank these guys at this point in time, but I think you did the best you can right now.
