Movie name help

A friend of mine posted the following in another forum. Nobody has been able to help him identify the movie.

I'm pretty sure I've seen this scene recently enough but for the life of me I can't think of the name. Who's in the movie? That would really help.

That's the only information the guy knew. I have no idea. The scene doesn't sound familiar to me at all.
