Keep recruiting a good core of good 4-year players (Tasmin Mitchell comes to mind) to minimize attrition as much as possible. I'm not saying to not get 1-2 year type of players, but only get them in small numbers. Don't spend entire recruiting classes getting a few JUCO's, a 1 and done, then 1 or 2 bad players.
