One thing I always do when I buy a rig you're talking about, is to take a dremel, and drill out the tiny jet hole right under the center of the pot. You'd be amazed how fast that thing can burn after opening it up a little.

Ace hardware has the SS stand for 60, usually get a hose and 60psi reg for about 40, much better than the king cooker.
