The cheap burners work fine for me. The key is the regulator. It heats a 120 qt pot with ease.

yeah I didn't want to be the first to start the crawfish threads but I really need a new burner asap, the old one just couldn't get it to a boil. BTW I think it is a 100 qt pot.
