I have a large crawfish boiling pot and need to get a new burner, my old one barley works and can't even get the water to a boil. Is there a certain sized or strenght burner I need for a large pot? Thanks

What size pot?
I'm pretty sure most burners they sell can fit up to 120qt pots and maybe even a little bigger. Make sure you get a high pressure burner by the way. I know of a few people that made that mistake.

Where are you? In BR, Goodwood Hardware.
If you have a single outlet(as in one flame) burner, all you need is a high pressure regulator. Which can also be found at GH.
ETA: Just saw you're in NOLA, most Ace hardware stores should have what you need.

Look for any high pressure jet burner.
Also, swap out the 20 psi regulator that comes with it for a 60 psi regulator. You'll be boiling in no time.
