Nasketball stats aren't very telling. The team you play on and the offense you run have a huge factor in stats.

Right now LeBron is better, but its not "not even close"

Before Kobe got hurt this year he was playing possibly the best basketball I have ever seen him play.

Nah, it's not close and hasn't been for awhile. Kobe was getting himself back in the argument earlier in the season, although Lebron was still outplaying him. Now it's not close again. Like I posted earlier, it should be nearly impossible for any objective observer to come to any other conclusion. People like you have a ridiculously strong perception bias and ignore the objective evidence (stats) even when it overwhelmingly goes against your belief.
