LSU should be able to stay in state for all its DT needs in 2011. I think that LSU should/needs to offer all of the big 4. 2 already have their offers, but the other 2 need to be offered ASAP/TONIGHT.

Anthony Johnson, 6'4" 298, O. Perry Walker (offer, verbal)
Quentin Thomas, 6'3" 265 Breaux Bridge (offer)
Chuck Hunter, 6'1" 294 West Monroe
Mickey Johnson, 6'1" 305 St. Paul's

others:
Cody Mills, 6'2" 275 Sulphur
Dathan Thomas, 6'1" 300 East St John

And I am sure that there may be a few more that will pop up.

Agreed. One more year with subpar recruiting on our dl and it would be devastating. With that being said i think we only take 1 maybe 2 more. (FREAK)

If we only take one more who you got??

I disagree. I think the primary in-state D-linemen that we should be going after this early in the game are Johnson, Rasco, and Thomas. I think we should wait until midway through Hunter and Mickey Johnson's senior years to offer them (assuming they impress). We should definitely be pursuing the two, along with many other potential in-state prospects, but I do not think that they should be offered this early.

2011 is going to be a big year for DT's nationwide and, with the already evident strength of LSU's 2011 class, there is likely to be plenty of out-of-state prospects that will want on-board.

We have already offered and should definitely be going after OG Greg Robinson right now. He'll either be a high 4-star or a 5-star prospect, and we definitely want to keep him in-state and line him up next to Collins in the future.
