You pobably have high DSL, my max available is 3.0. It sucks. It appears the OP has same kind of restrictions due to where he lives.

False.
The recent problems I've been having with my DSL is because those dumbasses 'upgraded' me to the max package when I can't even recieve the faster speeds where I live. It was actually hurting my performance and connectivity BIG TIME. As soon as they brought me back down to 3.0 it's all smooth sailing and no connectivity issues, and that's with 2 iPhone's runinng on it wirelessly too.
