Hope he's not going to train for a bronze or silver metal in the broadjump,then. Jeez,its just a measurement. There's no broadjumping in football,unless he can QB sneak(leapfrog) over the line on short yardage plays.

Is it your contention that this measurement doesn't give us any insight into the capability of the recruit in terms of his athletic abilities? (.e.g strength , leg power, flexibility, burst)?
That knowing this is not as useful as measuring the 40 time or say weight lifted or vertical reach?
