Let me preface my main point by saying that this is not the time to replace Les. Although I agree that Les is not the coach that Saban has proven to be, he is a good coach that will get us back to championship form if we have patience. What these totally negative so called fans don't remember is that during the 2004 season people were coming down hard on Saban. In their minds Saban's overbearing ways were going to ruin the program.
