Actually you are completely wrong:
Les is considered a great coach in the coaching community and assistants (i.e. Frank Wilson, Billy Gonzales) consider working for him to be a top opportunity.
Likewise, his assistants get hired for bigger jobs (Porter, Mallory, Peveto, Pelini, Gundy, etc...) because he prepares them well.
You might not respect him and a bunch of loud mouths, who probably don't know what respect is, might not respect him but his peers sure do!!

Among coaches he is. That's why he is able to get guys from other teams like Tennessee (prior to Kiffin bolting) and Florida. They know he cares about their careers and growth as coaches. Where's your proof other than media opinion that he's not?
