Can't cocaine be considered a performance enhancing drug? IMO it is, therefore he might be the best with an asterisk but...

I don't care about cocaine, Irvin was a possession receiver who hardly ever scored and pushed off on every single play. Joe Horn has almost as many career TDs as the "playmaker."

Hell, James Lofton and Art Monk were better than Irvin, and didn't come with the off the field baggage. Irvin is perhaps the most overrated player in NFL history.

I've always thought Irvin was overrated. I don't think he is in the HOF if he isn't on ESPN butchering the English language every week.
