None of Tech's starters could make LSU's two-deep roster. Yet Tech, with a break or two, would have beaten LSU in '09. If you don't think Dooley out coached Miles in that game, you didn't watch it. Tennessee got a great coach and person. In 3 years, Meyer, will be in a rehab institution, Saban at his lake house, Spurrier on the golf course, and Miles and Richt somewhere else. Nutt tops out at 8-4 every year. Dooley wil be the king of the hill.

You are basing a man's entire future based on the way he played (and still lost) to the LSU 2009 team! It would at least have some merit had he been at ULM 2007 for the Bama upset.


Probably the only chance Tech every had at beating LSU for the foreseeable future and you are loading him with accolades for the moral victory.



You can still salvage this thread about Dooley if you make it about bashing Miles and Crowton.
