The Bills are doomed. Chan is one of the worst HC's in pro and college ball. He has never won consistantly and his leadership is lacking.

John Mitchell was on the same staff at LSU as Buddy Nix. He has worked with Gailey. Wondering if he would join his old friends. Hope so.
