Read up on it. It is not that complicated.
My sister in law was a coffee buyer for several years with a big company. She traveled the world visiting the growers, etc. Lots of tastings and stuff went into their oppinions on these matters, it isn't just some made up BS. They mingle alot with other folks in the industry and Community is not that highly thought of in the coffee world.

no need to read, i had my elbows in it, i also seen the growers from the other countries in and out of the plant. i'm sure your sister is great in her job, but CC was and is only buying arabica beans, that's the highest quality you can get. just because it's not on the national or world radar, doesn't make it a bad coffee....
