when a program looses it's OC and DC,

We didn't lose our OC, unless you are talking about Fisher, and that was three years ago.

unexpectantly it's very talented and most experienced QB

Jesus H. Christ, how long is ONE MOTHER frickING PLAYER going to be Miles' excuse for destroying this program?

it may take time to right the ship

Coordinators leave jobs all the time. It doesn't mean that side of the ball becomes completely useless, except when Les Miles is in charge of replacing them. Malveto was a stupid, ridiculous, terrible idea. Everyone knew it at the time except for Les Miles. And as for Crowton, I don't know what in the hell is going on with that. The offense sucks worse than it ever has in our history, and that can't be all Ryan Perrilloux's fault. And while we're at it, let's consider that...the last two seasons of LSU football have featured the worst defense in school history and the worst offense in school history. Somebody is not doing a very good job of hiring coordinators. Whoever that is should be fired, and sure as hell should not be making $4 million a year.

Miles is ultimately responsible for the program and the coaches he hires, but with key player and coach defections, sometimes it may take some time to get the ship righted again.

Three years? Saban built a whole fricking national championship team from scratch in three years. Miles can't replace one fricking quarterback or one defensive coordinator?

My opinion is that he will eventually get the coaching staff and the W-L record back to where it needs to be. Could he have done it without a dip in the W-L record, sure, but that is easier said than done sometimes.

It's just as easy to call a god damned timeout to keep 20 crucial seconds from running off the clock as it is to SAY you need to call one. The ridiculous clock mismanagement issues that have CONTINUOUSLY plagued LSU under Les Miles are inexcusable and are COSTING US GAMES. The guy is a fricking moron.

When was the program destroyed? I must have missed that memo.

Whoa big fella. Slow down. Remember he took over a program that was only 1 year removed from a 10 or 11 win season. He has done an amazing job at Alabam but its not like he started with nothing. In fact, he probably took over a better situation at Bama than he did when taking over LSU.
