Honestly, Coach Miles is an above average coach with some notable flaws. He doesn't seem to be as detail oriented as the two coaches that everyone on this board seems to worship, and he appears too stubborn and reluctant to change--even when it's obvious that changes should be made.

Both of his flaws are fixable. All in all, he's a good coach who will probably keep our team in the hunt for national titles on a regular basis. He's also shown a lot of class and loyalty to this team and his players.

The answer is "he's good enough". He can get better. And he's the right coach for us right now.

Yes and if you look closely we all have them. As far as I can remember Les had never lost to a three score underdog, something Pete Carroll has done half a dozen times. He also did not bolt from the program to his dreamjob when he had the chance, something Nick Saban can't say. We could do a lot worse,(Can you say Charlie Weiss?)Let's hope for an offensive explosion next season instead of hoping for more mistakes which by the way probably would not cost Les his job next season anyway if he does have a contender for #1 recruiting class.(Which he will.)
