Bottom line, I think Miles knows how to recruit and manage a program, he just needs to get his staff right after some major defections, and I think his character and his knowledge will allow him to do that.
He damn sure can't manage a game, can he? And I'm not sure he CAN manage a program. He's the one that named the co-DC's, and he's the one sticking with Crowton. BTW, Chavis is the one that turned the defense around, not Miles.
I will say the guy is a great recruiter, and seems to be loyal to the University, but thats all the positives I have for him.
