That's a bit ridiculous. Wish we could get half that many.

it's becoming more and more popular at UF. Dunkley tried to enroll early but couldn't because of a Spanish class. As for it being fishy, it's not at all. A lot of these EEs decide early in the recruiting process that they want to enroll early. I don't know about you guys but I remember only having one real class I needed to take my senior year in high school. Counselors work out these schedules to make being an EE possible.

I think allowing early enrollees to participate in team activities during their first spring semester should be eliminated by the NCAA. It is just another tactic that coaches are using to get an edge on the competition.
The NCAA has so many stupid rules that are supposedly in place to promote fairness and parity, and then some practices like this it totally ignores.
The NCAA can't stop a student-athlete from graduating high school early and enrolling in college, but it can very easily prevent a player from participating in spring team activities.
I don't know why the NCAA just doesn't say that a freshman student-athlete is not allowed to participate in team activities until July 1st and eliminate this silliness.
Almost half of the classes at Florida, Tennessee, etc. are already enrolled in school, yet the NCAA deosn't even have its national signing period starting until February. Am I the only one who finds this strange?

Saban and Meyer must press kids to enroll early.
