Macallan 12 over ice with a splash of water to start. gradually lessen the amount of water until you can just let the ice melt.
Macallan 12 is a little sweeter tasting and a little more expensiv but well worth it.

Technically, you should never, put good scotch over ice. A splash of water, opens up the body of the scotch and allows you to taste all the different flavors. Ice has the exact opposite effect and makes it more difficult.
That being said, the most important thing is to enjoy the scotch. So if that's really the way you like it,
