I would agree with this, but coaching isn't exactly like playing, fighting, school, life, etc. I don't think he has been coaching poorly because he hasn't worked hard enough or just hasn't been trying. I find it hard to believe that he has been chained by his lack of "want" to coach great and now he will succeed because he really has to. Watching him coach up to this point has shown nothing but incapability and nothing I know of is going to make him capable during the off season. To top it off, we have had rocket scientists negotiating contracts with him so financially we won't be in a position to stop the bleeding for one or two years min. Also, I have to add that the negativity on this board is the primary reason for his sub-par coaching. If some of you would have been more positive about coach miles over the last couple of seasons, I think he would have been an excellent coach.
