Until we hire someone to develop Q.B.'s we are never going to recruit the top flight Q.B.'s which boggles the Mind,because they could surround themselves with all the talent we continue to pull in Flynn,and Mauck were not Top flight Q.B.s,but they didnt have to be.Who would you rather have had last year Shep or Barkley? think about your answer before you post it.Athlete's are a dime a dozen,But true Q.B.'s.are diamond's in the rough. J.J. should be fine next year due to experience.His problem I see are Mechanic's,and Accuracy both can be fixed with proper coaching.Garrett will be a star for us just not next year,but mark my words Garrett will show you why we need a pure drop back Q.B.who can thread the needle.

There is nothing wrong with JJ that a competent OL and some sort of QB-coaching wouldnt cure. I think he did well for a true soph with the worst OL I've ever seen. He did damn good in his two games in 2008--when he had a good OL.
