How audacious to you see Hollywood getting in regards to remakes?

Are there any movies that you think Hollywood will give an 'untouchable' label to?
Can you see movies like The Godfather being remade? Episodes 4-6 of Star Wars? Citizen Kane?
Movies like Rear Window have at least been re-adapted. Casablanca redux has been thrown around as an idea if I recall correctly.
Is there any 'classic' or 'great' movie that you actually think would be better if redone with artistic integrity still in tact? (big if, I know)

I could get behind remakes of Raymond Chandler's novels, even maybe The Big Sleep, although that is the only classic film of the bunch.

Remake cheesy action movies from the 80's to make them edgier and more believable. Predator and The Running Man come to mind.

This is a concept I don't want to think about. Hollywood is capable of screwing up any legacy with a classless revamping.

Hollywood has no soul. They will remake anything. Nothing is sacred.
