I kind of like the Sonny Dykes idea. Too bad he didn't look better tonight.

Bo knows..........

The package he used against Texas, hes one of the few that could have pulled that off.

Five DB's=Nickel
Six DB's =Dime
He played 4 down linemen and 7 DB's.....know what he played? Know what its called?

Nebraska is extremly physical up front and was able to force pressure with its front 4. Leach, Guz, Franklin, Mume, and Dykes all run the same spread. That said, the reason Dykes makes sense is the system stays in place and TT can pay less money for his contract.

Leach got beat by Ole Miss last year in the Cotton Bowl, bad! Everyone takes their lumps but if TT is likes the offense and system that is in place then why not keep running it? I think Sonny Dykes would be high on TT list. Tubby talk is interesting just think the assistants he brings in (old cronies) are not flexible to new OC's that eventually come in and out over time. Everyone loves to crap on Tony Franklin but none of those guys on Tubbs staff knew what the hell he was doing. Then Guz comes in this year and is able to bring in some of his guys essentially running the same system. Big Difference!

No doubt Tubbs knows what he's doing I would just let it be known from an AD position that he must let the OC bring in some of his guys too.
