ground tenderloin, ground pepper, ground salt, minimal working with hands and rub with olive oil. That's it.

- i have a little dry rub i keep that i use for brisket i sprinkle on them
- montreal seasoning
- woosty
- pineapple habanero pepper jelly
- couple sticks of pre-cooked bacon
- roasted red peppers from a jar
- cover with a slice of cheddarjack cheese to hold everything in
- serve on a french style hamburger bun (crunchy) with a little mayo
