miami is the latin capital of the usa. there are not mexican. cuba is completely different than mexico. there is a lot of latin money in miami. texas, however is mexican. most are poor and many are illegal. they suck off the economy while the latins contibute a lot to the miami economy. latins don't talk mexican.
