Same thing happened here playing MW2. Did you get your disk out? If not, hold down the disk button while turning the power on in the back. Worked for mine.
There's a few tricks on youtube you can try; but, none of it looks to be a sure thing. The heat gun on the chips seems to only last a couple of weeks before you have to do it again.
