and has only a little better than average shot of winning the West every year, how do you feel about it?

Our run was fun while it lasted.

They may finish 10-3 and in the Top 10....which would make you a pretty big idiot. Get back with us on that.

Let's wait until this time next year before we open a vein and fire Miles. I'm hoping he's faded enough heat this year that he starts acting like a $4 mill-a-year coach and at least wins the West in 2010. If not, I think it's time for a change.

It's so much better than 12years ago it's not funny.

Sure I wish we had done better the last two years but at the same time 9-3 is not so bad.

Anyway i'm tired of all this bad mouthing.

Hey dude, we are 3ed in the SEC this year with strong Alabama and Florida teams. The pack is about 6th --- You forget that we had a 1/2 time lead, lost our QB, RB, DB in the Alabama game and had a lead and the ball with 10 minutes to play, and jot supremely jobbed on an interception. We are at the top and NOT IN THE PACK. Ask OK, SC, and GA how hard it is to stay on top every year. We are fine.

Don't waste your time. They just don't get it and never will. It was the same when Archer was coach. They didn't get it until the team was in such a poor state that it took over a decade to recover.

When more players begin to realize that Miles is a coach who will lose no fewer than 2 games a season and doesn't have the skill to legitimately compete for championships (without an ungodly fluke), the talent that he gets by with will drop off. Then, supercoach will have to actually beat people with his mind, which he certainly cannot. Then, when we become a perennial 7-5 team or have a losing season or two, they MIGHT finally understand. Of course, by then, the team will be one that requires 4-5 years of rebuilding.

Oh, but they'll all get their free ticket to heaven for being "real" fans. I'm sure the same people would all would stay married even if their wives became the neighborhood party hole.

Seriously, stupid people can't recognize stupidity because they're, ya know, stupid. Trying to reason with the stupid is a losing prospect.

According to your definition of an elite program, you must more than one championship every five years. Tell me, because you seem like the typical sabanite, is bama an elite program?
According to your definition, they aren't.

I personally do not believe we have fallen back to the pack. The coaches made some bad calls and the fact we have had an inexperienced QB the last two years means if things are done correctly we are in the NCG in 2011. Miles knew what he was getting when he kicked Perriloux off the team.

If things had went right this year we would be the ones in the NCG and not Spama. We did not play well against UF and the Spama game was a mockery of good officiateing, and the Ole Piss game ha a brain fart. These are not excuses just assetments.

So, I believe we will win the West next year and possibly via for a Nation Championship.

So Les Miles has 3 blowouts in bowl games of 3 of the greatest football programs in history (Miami, Notre Dame, and OSU)....has kept LSU in the top 3-10 recruiting wise (zero dropoff) and has LSU poised to finish top 10 this year with a 10-3 record WITH an offense ranked close to last (freaking amazing in itself)..

...And we are now just part of the pack? Holy Bat-tard. There must be a building tall enough close to where you live...if not Ill pay for the trip...
