Not a bad plan but personally I'd want the little guys in it just like basketball. The other football divisions do it with 16 so there's no excuse for the people with much more money tied up not to do it as well. Of course, I realistically do not expect this any time soon.

if he had that system I want Lsu to join the Wac or mountain west. Lsu would get in every year.
