If anybody's interested, here's a chat from today with both of the brothers. Michael doesn't seem like such a dick after all. Comes off as a really down to Earth guy, just intense in the kitchen. Bryan seems just like he does on the show, cool and laid back. They hint that they might open something together down the line. I think that would be really cool.
