Humor me... here's a breakdown of the finalists:
Bryan:
-no quickfire wins
-4 elimination wins, 4 in the "top" group, never on the low side
-Notable dishes: Tequila shot Sweet and Sour Macaroon, Trout with Deconstructed Sauce Bearnaise for Joel Robuchon, camping Roasted Pork Loin, Napa Crush party dishes
Kevin:
-4 quickfire wins (escargot, slot machine stressed-hot-spicy, blind team "relay" dish, TV dinner)
-5 elimination wins, 3 other "top" dishes, 1 time on the low side
-Notable wins: Arctic Char with Turnip Salsa Verde, Deconstructed Chicken Mole Negro, Pork Leg Pâté, Vegetarian Duo of Mushrooms and Smoked Kale, and the Bocuse d'Or Poached Lamb Loin
- The bad: the Restaurant Wars meltdown
Mike V:
-2 quickfire wins (craps dice Nitro Gazpacho, Napa Grape Leaf stuffed with Couscous)
-3 elimination wins, 6 other top dishes, 1 on the low side
-Notable wins: Air Force Braised Pork Belly, Restaurant Wars, New York Upscale Buffalo Wings
-The bad: Macy's surprise bag Pancetta-Wrapped Halibut with Egg Yolk Ravioli
so...
Kevin's been the best overall and Michael has been consistently good, but both have broken down at least once. Bryan has been consistently good and has never been on the low side.
Personally, I'm going for Bryan V. I like Kevin a lot, but I can appreciate the knowledge and technical skill that Bryan has showed. Google his restaurant in Maryland. The space and menu look amazing.

sadly, they don't judge based on overall season performance.....that would have changed many outcomes in the past probably (not just on finale night).
My vote is for Kevin because he seems to be a great cook and is very personable. Sadly, Michael also appears to be a great cook, but is a royal dbag who thinks he is the best.
GO KEVIN!

Nice breakdown
I think Bryan V will also win, because:
1. Kevin is too simple and his brother is an asshat.
2. He's never epically failing.
3. He's got style and substance consistently.

and since I'm looking at it...
Here's some of the winnings throughout the season (aside from the typical autographed books and immunity)
Bryan:
-a week to work with Joel Robuchon
-a portion of Restaurant wars money (which he refused, I think)
Kevin:
-a suite of Kenmore Pro appliances
-set of Calphalon cookware
-15k high stakes quickfire money
-30k and a team spot for the US Bocuse d'Or
-guest chef at Pigs and Pinot
Michael:
-30k in high stakes quickfires
-Restaurant wars money
-weekend trip to Napa
-Toyota Prius
Kevin and Michael have racked up over the season. Jennifer even won some high stakes and 10k from Macy's. Every time Bryan has won, it's been an elimination challenge with no big prize. He's gotten the shite end of the winnings. Bryan needs to win and everyone will walk away winning a lot.
