He never said anything was definite. If it's a done deal, he'll tell us. And he's right 100% of the time.

His rep can take a considerable hit and he would remain the most credible source on matters relating to staff.

If I never said anything was definite, I'd be right 100% of the time too. Crowton stays IMO.

ETA: after reading a few of the other posts, I agree this may be simlar to last year and both camps are 1/2 right, meaning, Crowton stays but only through the bowl game and is allowed to find another job and gracefully exit, not be "fired".
