Guys saying 2008 south plaq are ridiculous...
They were a good team, but they weren't even top 3 in the state last year alone.
Destrehan, wm, and JC would all have beaten them last year. Maybe even belle chasse
And so far as 1a teams are concerned, they werent the best 1A team I've ever seen either. Though probably close. But certainly not the best high school team ever

I would say '07 Destrehan. My senior year at Westgate. They blew us up in the semis. Jordan Jefferson, and those D-1 WRs. That whole team was just FAST!!
